Features and Construction
LED Backlight System
High-brightness LED strips are embedded in the rotating display frame, illuminating the translucent printed film panel from inside. The LED system provides even, shadow-free backlighting across the full display surface. LEDs run at low power consumption with very long operational life — typically 50,000+ hours before replacement is needed.
Silent Rotation Motor
The motorized rotation mechanism is built into the pole mount — the display frame rotates while the pole remains stationary. The motor is silent in operation and draws minimal power. Rotation speed is typically pre-set at one full rotation every 8–12 seconds — slow enough that graphics are fully readable at every angle during rotation.
Translucent Printed Film Panel
The graphic panel is a backlit-optimized translucent film printed with UV-resistant inks. The translucent material allows the LED light to pass through evenly. Kelin prints backlit film panels with color profiles specifically adjusted for backlit display — colors appear naturally vibrant when illuminated without color shifts.
Floor Stand Pole Mount
The rotating lightbox mounts on an adjustable floor stand pole at approximately 150–180cm from floor — positioning the display at eye level for standing viewers. The pole base is weighted for freestanding stability. Power runs through the pole from a standard outlet connection at the base.
