What Is Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP)?
Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) — also called ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) — consists of two thin aluminum face sheets bonded to a low-density polyethylene (PE) core. The result is a panel that combines the strength and rigidity of aluminum with the lightweight convenience and easy fabrication of plastic board.
Just ACP is available in 3mm thickness, 4×8ft (1220×2440mm) sheets, in six finish colors: Glossy White, Champagne, Navy Blue, Mouse Gray, Coffee, and Brush Silver. It is weatherproof, UV-resistant, and suitable for long-term outdoor applications.

Fabrication tip: ACP can be scored and folded using a V-groove router cut on the back face — this produces clean 90° angles for cabinet boxes, sign returns, and cladding corners without requiring welded joints.
